Lisnloop – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lisnloop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Beta Status

Lisnloop is currently in free beta. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. We may limit usage, message volume, or access for free or beta users. Your data may be deleted during development or maintenance. No uptime guarantees are provided. We may introduce paid plans or usage-based pricing in the future.

3. Use of the Service

Lisnloop is a lightweight chat tool intended to help engineers and early-stage teams improve their customer listening and interviewing skills.

You agree not to:

• misuse the service, attempt to hack it, or disrupt other users
• upload harmful content or anything that violates laws
• rely on AI responses as factual, complete, or accurate

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including misuse or abuse.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using Lisnloop, you grant Arbor Product Solutions, LLC permission to process and store your messages solely to operate, analyze, and improve the service.

Please do not upload confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information. Lisnloop is not designed for secure or regulated data.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect minimal analytics to help understand product usage, improve the experience, and maintain quality. This includes:

• chat ID
• message length
• a short message preview (first few characters)
• whether attachments were included
• model selected
• visibility type (e.g., public or private chat)
• whether the chat is new
• message count within the conversation
• anonymous session replay

We may also store chat transcripts on our servers to operate features like conversation history and analysis.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Lisnloop uses AI models that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You use the service at your own risk. Do not rely on AI output for professional advice or production decisions.

7. No Warranty

Lisnloop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Arbor Product Solutions, LLC disclaims all warranties—express or implied—related to performance, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Arbor Product Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Lisnloop.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Lisnloop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
